Sales, delivery, and operator training from our offices in Udaipur, Rajasthan and Bangalore, Karnataka — serving mining, construction, marine, and industrial customers across every state in India.
The Indian Context
India operates one of the world's largest fleets of heavy earth moving machinery — over 90,000 excavators, 50,000+ backhoe loaders, and hundreds of thousands of crushers, cranes, and mining shovels working across the country's infrastructure corridors, coalfields, and ports. These machines work in some of the harshest operating conditions in the world: abrasive soils in Rajasthan, high-altitude mine sites in Jharkhand and Odisha, humid port environments in Mumbai, Vizag, and Chennai, and the round-the-clock pressure of National Highway projects across every state.
The result is accelerated bore wear. Pin bores on excavator buckets, boom pins, dipper arm pivots, and crusher frame bores wear oval, oversized, or out-of-tolerance faster than OEM maintenance intervals predict. And when a bore fails, so does the machine — and so does the project timeline.
The traditional solution — dismantling the component, transporting it to a lathe workshop, waiting in the workshop queue, and reassembling — takes 5 to 15 days on average. In India's project-driven economy, where penalty clauses run at Rs. 50,000–5,00,000 per day of delay, that's not a maintenance event. That's a business risk.
BOS portable line boring machines eliminate the transport step entirely. The machine comes to the equipment, sets up in 30–60 minutes, bores or welds in 2–8 hours, and the equipment is back at work the same day. For a fleet operator running 20 excavators across a road project in Uttar Pradesh, or a mining contractor with rope shovels in the Dhanbad coal belt, the economics change fundamentally.

Rope shovels, draglines, mining excavators, dump trucks, jaw crushers — Jharkhand, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan coal and iron ore belts.
Excavators, backhoe loaders, cranes, motor graders, road rollers — National Highway projects, metro rail, airport construction across all states.
Stern tube bores, rudder pintles, anchor chain bores — Mumbai, Chennai, Vizag, Kochi, Kolkata, Kandla ports and shipyards.
Turbine housings, gearbox bores, wind turbine nacelle frames — thermal, hydro, wind, and solar plant maintenance teams.
Bogie pivot bores, axle housing repairs, maintenance of railway track laying and ballast tamping machines across Indian Railways zones.
Steel mills, cement plants, paper mills, chemical plant machinery — bore repair without shutdown where line-down costs are extreme.
Geographic Coverage
BOS machines are currently operating in over 18 Indian states. Our two offices — Udaipur (Rajasthan) and Bangalore (Karnataka) — handle sales, training, and technical support for the entire country.
Pricing Reference
"On-site line boring in India costs Rs. 8,000–25,000 per bore. A workshop round-trip for the same job costs 5–8× more once dismantling, transport, waiting time, and reassembly are factored in."
Our 2026 India price guide breaks down service costs by equipment type, bore diameter, location, and welding requirement — along with full ROI calculations for fleet operators considering machine purchase.

Contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or the form below. Describe your equipment type, bore diameter range, and the kind of repairs you need — boring only, or boring with welding. Our technical team will confirm which model suits your application and answer any specification questions.
We provide a detailed quotation covering the machine, accessories, consumables starter kit, and training. For fleet operators or institutional buyers, we can arrange a live demonstration at our Udaipur facility or via video call. Demo visits to your site can be arranged for large orders.
On payment confirmation, the machine is prepared and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Freight is arranged to your address across India — delivery typically takes 7–15 working days depending on your location. Our team tracks the shipment and keeps you updated.
On receipt, our technical team provides comprehensive operator training — setup, alignment, boring parameters, welding modes, surface finish, and maintenance. Training is included with every purchase. Post-installation, our Udaipur and Bangalore offices provide continuing technical support, spare parts, and consumables supply.
