BOS will return to Excon — South Asia's largest construction equipment exhibition — for December 2025 at BIEC Bengaluru. Building on the success of our 2023 showing, BOS will bring an even more advanced demonstration programme to Excon 2025, showcasing the full on-site repair capability of the BOS machine range to India's most demanding construction and mining equipment audience.
Excon 2025 will be BOS's most technically ambitious exhibition yet. The planned demonstrations will cover the complete spectrum of on-site machining workflows — live line boring, intelligent bore welding, and undercarriage component repair — giving visitors a clear picture of how BOS machines can transform maintenance operations across heavy equipment fleets of every size and type.
Live Line Boring — BOS-DS50 & DS60
Visitors will be able to watch the complete boring process — from mounting and alignment through live cutting to final bore measurement — on both the DS50 and DS60 models.
Intelligent Welding Workflow
Automated bore welding demonstration — the BOS system will select weld parameters, build up a worn bore specimen, and transition directly to boring back to specification in a single setup.
Undercarriage Repair Demonstration
A dedicated segment of the demo programme will cover undercarriage component repair workflows — sprocket bore restoration, idler hub repair, and track frame pin bore machining — directly relevant to South India's crawler crane and excavator fleet operators.
Automation & Intelligence Feature Showcase
A structured walkthrough of BOS's intelligent control panel — demonstrating automatic feed rate calculation, weld parameter selection, and quality output logging for maintenance record compliance.
Dealer Partnership Discussions
Dedicated meeting slots for distributors, equipment dealers, and regional service companies interested in carrying BOS machines in their portfolio. Pre-book via the contact form.
Excon 2025 will be the first opportunity for many in South India's construction and mining equipment market to see the latest BOS product generation in person. Since Excon 2023, BOS has continued to develop its intelligent control systems, expand its bore range coverage, and build out its service and training capability — all of which will be visible at the 2025 stand.
Visitors will be able to compare the DS50 and DS60 side by side, discuss specific application requirements with BOS technical specialists, and receive indicative pricing and delivery information for immediate procurement consideration. The stand will be staffed throughout all five days by BOS's technical and commercial team.
The undercarriage repair workflow demonstration is a new addition to BOS's Excon programme, responding to feedback from Southern India operators about the high frequency of sprocket and idler bore wear in the region's laterite and rocky soil conditions. This segment will be specifically structured around the bore diameter ranges and material specifications most common in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu's construction and quarrying operations.
Excon is a once-every-two-years opportunity to engage with South Asia's most concentrated gathering of construction and mining equipment decision-makers. For BOS, the 2025 edition will build on the relationships and momentum established in 2023 — deepening existing partnerships, activating new dealer relationships across South India, and presenting the BOS brand's ongoing product development to an audience that is increasingly familiar with what BOS stands for.
